Introducing Immunity Berry Defense, an incredible mix of South African rooibos, dried berries and flowers, selected for their antioxidant and vitamin content. As mentioned, the blend starts with Rooibos, a mineral-rich herbal tea that's been used as a natural immunity booster for thousands of years in South Africa's Cederberg district. To that we've added elderberry, currant and rosehips, a trio that's high in Vitamin C and various other antioxidants known to reduce inflammation in the body. Rounding out the blend are dried orange pieces for an extra dose of Vitamin C, lime and blackberry leaves, said to stimulate the digestive system and dried blueberries and raspberries, fibre-rich vitamin powerhouses thought to help prevent strokes and high blood pressure.
